Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by good8.win (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Use of good8.win is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
good8.win conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification to confirm age and identity. Providing false information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
Each user may hold only one registered account on good8.win. Maintaining multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. good8.win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify good8.win customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. good8.win reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
good8.win accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your good8.win wallet in real time for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer timings may vary based on the banking institution's processing schedules.
You agree that all funds deposited into your good8.win account belong to you personally and are free from any liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims. You must not deposit funds that originate from illegal activity. good8.win reserves the right to conduct additional verification and to withhold or return deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
Deposit fees, if applicable, will be displayed clearly prior to the completion of any transaction. good8.win does not charge fees on standard GCash or Maya deposits.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the good8.win account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All withdrawal requests require a fully completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or UMID). Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. good8.win is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
good8.win reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been satisfied.

All such offers are subject to specific Terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the individual promotion details at the time the offer is made available.

The outcomes of all random-number-generator (RNG)-based games are determined by certified software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, good8.win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors.
good8.win does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure events) may affect Platform availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. good8.win complies with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
good8.win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of good8.win shall first be submitted to good8.win's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
